Elite Limousine Plus Acquires First Corporate Sedans, Creating Tri-State's Largest Luxury Car Service

NEW YORK, May 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move that promises to reshape the local black car services market, Elite Limousine Plus, Inc. (Elite) today announced that it has acquired First Corporate Sedans, Inc. (FCS), bringing together two of the city's leading Black Car ground transportation companies to create New York's premier luxury car service – the largest in the area.

The company, which will operate under the Elite name, will create a fleet of 800 full-size quality vehicles, staffed by reliable, professionally-trained chauffeurs and backed by 24-hour live call center support. The combined operation will deploy Elite's advanced technology, including a customer-friendly app for Android and iPhone users, as well as web call entry, electronic vouchers, email receipts, GPS tracking and other service enhancements. 

Guy Ben-Zion, president and owner of FCS, will remain with the combined company as its Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations.

The transaction will bring First Corporate Sedans' drivers into LIMONET, the recently announced alliance of NYC's "exceptional Black Car companies" with shared dispatching, billing and technology powered by Soundview Technologies' "SmartCab" system, which provides quicker ETAs for the customers of all participating car services. In the event the preferred company does not have a car available within a reasonable ETA, the closest car from one of the LIMONET affiliate members' 1,300 car network will be dispatched within minutes, with billing handled by their preferred provider at the agreed-upon rate.
