SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eighty-eight percent of employees are confident their paycheck is accurate, according to the 2015 "Getting Paid In America" survey recently conducted by the American Payroll Association.
The "Getting Paid In America" survey by the APA asked "How certain are you that your payroll withholding and the net amount of your paycheck are correct each payday?" In response, 88 percent of survey participants said they are very certain or certain their paycheck is correct each payday.
"This year's survey results continue a strong run of employee confidence in paycheck accuracy," said Dan Maddux, executive director of the APA. "Our nation's payroll professionals continue their fantastic work of ensuring America's workers are paid accurately and on-time."
The "Getting Paid In America" survey coincides with APA's annual public awareness campaign, National Payroll Week (NPW), held annually during the week of Labor Day.
