Gordon Graham, a 33-year veteran of California law enforcement and the founder and president of Graham Research Consultants, is the ideal speaker for his keynote address "Making the Right Decisions in the Fast-Paced World of EMS." His focus on risk management and experience in law enforcement and the practice of law will educate listeners in making operational and administrative decisions and what needs to be considered in the decision-making process. He will address the ten-step process, RIDM (Graham's Rules for Improving Decision Making), to make better operational, administrative and ethical decisions.
