EN Engineering Announces Majority Investment from General Atlantic
EN Engineering to build on strong momentum as leading utility engineering and consulting firm aided by investment from leading growth investor
General Atlantic to partner with management and CIVC Partners on continued growth and expansion
WARRENVILLE, Ill. and NEW YORK, July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EN Engineering, a leading utility engineering, consulting, and compliance services firm, and General Atlantic, a leader in global growth investing, announced today the launch of a new partnership in which General Atlantic will acquire a majority stake in the company from CIVC Partners. As part of the transaction, CIVC and company management will continue to be shareholders going forward.
