ENAVATE Announces Transfer of Ownership of Website Software from Essendant, providing end-to-end ERP and eCommerce Support for ENAVATE Customers in the Office Products, Janitorial, Breakroom, and Wholesale Distribution Industries

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ENAVATE, a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics AX and CRM) for the wholesale distribution industry, announced today that it has secured complete ownership of website software originally owned by Essendant's former MBS Dev subsidiary. This acquisition enables ENAVATE to take a leadership position in providing end-to-end eCommerce and integrated ERP solutions for its customers that are wholesaler distributors.

In 2014, ENAVATE acquired MBS Dev, with its eCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP distribution expertise. Today's announcement marks the complete transfer of the website software code and intellectual property formerly utilized by MBS Dev to support its wholesale distribution customers.
