Endo Health Solutions to Host Investor Day on Oct. 4, 2012, in New York City

CHADDS FORD, Pa., Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Endo Health Solutions (Nasdaq: ENDP) today announced that it will host an Investor Meeting on Oct. 4, 2012, in New York City. The company will provide a live audio and slide webcast of this Investor Meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET on Oct. 4, 2012. The meeting is expected to conclude by 12:30 p.m. ET.

David P. Holveck , president and CEO of Endo, Julie McHugh , chief operating officer, Dr. Ivan Gergel , executive vice president of R&D, Camille Farhat , president American Medical Systems, Kelly Huang , president HealthTronics, and Alan Levin , chief financial officer, will present an overview of the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, as well as a financial overview, including longer term financial guidance. They will be joined by Blaine Davis , senior vice president corporate affairs, who will host the Investor Day for the company.
