Enerlabs, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 2nd Laboratory

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerlabs, Inc. (OTC Pink: ENLB), an energy & environmental laboratory company, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a second laboratory specializing in environmental testing and located in Oklahoma.  This laboratory is a full service analytical laboratory with 18 employees serving the areas and industries of petrochemical, petroleum products, refinery, manufacturing, agricultural and environmental.  The laboratory has current annual sales in excess of $2.5 million.
