Enterprise Names Jonathan Clarke New Senior Loan Officer
COLUMBIA, Md., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Community Loan Fund, the financing arm of the national nonprofit Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise), today announced that it has selected Jonathan Clarke to lead its community lending activities in the Pacific Northwest. One of the largest Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) in the country, Enterprise Community Loan Fund has lent more than $1 billion to develop, preserve and/or rehabilitate nearly 100,000 homes for low-income people since 1982. Based in the Seattle office, Mr. Clarke's appointment as senior loan officer will further strengthen the organization's investment efforts through out Oregon and Washington.

With 15 years of experience, Mr. Clarke has managed multimillion dollar loan pools and supplied investment guidance in all aspects of community development. He joins Enterprise after serving most recently as the chief credit officer at Impact Capital, a Seattle-based intermediate lender working in underserved communities in the state of Washington. Prior to Impact Capital, he served as the senior housing developer at Beacon Development Group, where he managed the development of multiple affordable housing projects for nonprofit and housing authority clients. Mr. Clarke also acted as a senior development analyst in the Tax Credit Division of the Washington State Housing Commission working on the allocation of federal low income housing tax credits.
