CHERRY HILL, N.J., April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hovatter, Friedman, Stofman & Levi, PC, a Cherry Hill, NJ based law firm serving the South Jersey and Philadelphia region, has changed its name to Hovatter, Friedman, Saputelli & Levi, PC. This new name reflects the firm's continued growth, with the addition of several key people.
Greg Saputelli, a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Civil Trial Attorney with over 30 years of high-end commercial litigation experience, and an adjunct professor in trial advocacy, will head up the firm's litigation practice. In addition to general commercial litigation, Greg's expertise in insurance, health care, affordable housing, public utility and eminent domain cases, coupled with transactions expertise, will expand the firm's service offerings in response to recent client requests.
Chris Chiacchio -- the former mayor of Moorestown New Jersey -- has practiced business and real estate law, including transactions and litigation, for almost 15 years. Chris will lead the firm's growing landlord-tenant practice.
Joyce Kelly, a paralegal with more than 25 years of experience, brings to the firm particular expertise in tax sales liens and foreclosures and real estate transactions.
"These additions reflect our success after only 18 months in business," said Ed Hovatter, the firm's Managing Partner. "Having Greg and Chris on board greatly deepens our litigation and transactional offerings. Joyce helps us deliver high-quality services more cost-effectively for our clients -- one of our main missions."
Hovatter also announced that Marc Stofman has left the firm. "Marc wants to pursue other opportunities," said Hovatter. "He's a talented attorney and a friend. We wish him all the best."
"At the same time," Hovatter added, "We're beyond thrilled with our growth. In fact, we've now outgrown our space and are looking at larger offices. We see very exciting times ahead for the firm."
