Mr. McGill is a skilled executive in leadership development, organizational restructuring, investor relations and capital market transactions.

He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Southern Gas Association; on the executive board of the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association; and on the Pacific Coast Gas Association executive marketing board. Terry has also served as vice chairman of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast campaign.
