Equipos Leads the Field with UCITS IV Standards-Based Key Investor Information Document (KIID) Solution in Europe

LONDON, December 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Equipos Limited has announced the launch of Equipos Coric KIID, a fully automated solution for the production, translation, maintenance and distribution of Key Investor Information Documents. This announcement comes seven months in advance of the July 2011 deadline, set by the UCITS IV standardisation initiative, which requires all investment companies to produce a Key Investor Information Document (KIID), also known as Key Investor Information (KII), for every product sold within European Union member states.

Equipos Coric KIID can generate every KIID in the native language of any country in which an investment product is available. Equipos Coric enables the KIID, which replaces the current Simplified Prospectus, to be updated regularly to ensure accuracy of historic performance data.
