In its complaint, Ergotron alleges that Humanscale's QuickStand height-adjustable workstation infringes Ergotron's U.S. Patent Nos. 8,839,723 and 9,080,721, which embody Ergotron's WorkFit®-S sit-stand workstation. The complaint seeks money damages, attorneys' fees, and a permanent injunction to stop Humanscale's infringement.
