The innovative vision and approach for Iconic Group is being driven by a new, well-positioned leadership team led by recently appointed President and CEO, Denise Conroy, who will be based in the Atlanta office.

Conroy, formerly Senior Vice President of Marketing and Creative at HGTV and DIY Network, has more than 20 years of experience developing and leading high performance teams. At HGTV and DIY Network, her data-driven marketing approach helped make HGTV a top ten cable television network. In addition to launching successful shows like Property Brothers and Love It or List It, she is also credited with re-energizing and extending the HGTV brand through an aggressive experiential marketing initiative. This initiative took the network to consumer venues including Comic-Con, Mall of America, CMA Music Festival and South by Southwest. Additionally, Conroy inked revenue-generating partnerships with companies that included DirecTV, Walt Disney Studios, DISH and Summit Entertainment.
