Evercore and Luminis Partners Strengthen Strategic Alliance

Evercore (NYSE: EVR), a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm based in New York, and Luminis Partners, an independent corporate advisory firm based in Sydney, today announced that they have strengthened their exclusive strategic alliance for cross-border M&A advisory services, as Evercore acquired a 19% interest in Luminis Partners. The two firms will continue to leverage their combined expertise and broad network of corporate relationships to provide independent, objective advice to their clients.

Luminis Partners, a partnership formed by Ron Malek, Simon Mordant, Jamie Garis and Peter Brownie, has grown rapidly since its founding in 2015.
