Everseal Mailers Ltd's Sister Company Compulsorily Wound-Up
LONDON, March 18, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Everseal Mailers Ltd's sister company Evrite Ltd was compulsorily wound-up in the High Court on 17th March 2010 as a result of its failure to pay a GBP 25,000 debt owed to the supplier of Everseal Mailers' tape seal product. Evrite had imported this product on behalf of Everseal Mailers Ltd.
A spokesman for the creditor commented: 'Once the Official Receiver is appointed we will be asking him to examine the inter company trading arrangements between Everseal Mailers Ltd and Evrite Ltd.'
