Every Body Balance Fitness Studio Unveils Strategic Growth Plan Under Dynamic New Ownership
SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass., Sept. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The new ownership at Every Body Balance (http://www.everybodybalance.com/) plans to take the fitness studio to the next level of success through a combination of facility improvements, innovative classes and a renewed investment in the establishment's methods and values.
"Every Body Balance is about respecting every body," says Owner and President Susan Erdman. "My mission for the studio is to offer an optimal space for everyone to achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals."
Since taking over the facility in May, Susan and her team have doubled the functional studio space, added new floors and upgraded sound systems throughout. Every Body Balance now offers videoconferencing capabilities for members who need to travel but still want to enjoy classes and training sessions with their favorite instructors. The studio has added new classes, and the growing team of highly-skilled and friendly instructors ensure that all members learn best practices from recognized, talented experts.
When the multi-purpose Yoga/Barre/Pilates/fitness studio opened its doors nearly ten years ago, Erdman was among the first paying members. She brings both experience and knowledge to her leadership position; on the knowledge side of the equation, Erdman has professional training in anatomy, biology, wellness and a Masters in Public Health from Harvard. In terms of experience, she has witnessed Every Body Balance grow into one of the state's premier destinations for Yoga, Barre, Pilates and individualized fitness training. Susan knows the membership personally, understands their needs and expectations, actively listens and responds to clients and their preferences, and has developed an ambitious long-term strategy for growing the membership and expanding core offerings.
The training methods at Every Body Balance include group classes in Yoga, Pilates and Barre, along with core conditioning, boot camp, and personal and small group training sessions that can be adapted to specific objectives. Most classes strive to combine the practice of yoga with the methods of Pilates and Barre to ensure a balanced body through strength and flexibility, coupled with a calm and peaceful mind through correct breathing and relaxation techniques.
Memberships at Every Body Balance are on a monthly or annual basis. Those interested in "test driving" any of the programs can drop in for a single class or purchase a '5 for fifty' introductory pass, or a no-obligation 10-class pass. The studio's website, which is slated for an update before year's end, features a calendar and descriptions of all classes. Series classes are also offered from time to time, each Series being a unique 6-session offering that expands beyond the 'core' classes. Recent examples include Zumba Core, Mind-Body Movement, Mother-Daughter yoga, and many more. Interested students can register for Series classes online.
Susan's future plans include adding more studio space, as well as initiating restorative yoga programs for first responders, military veterans, and people with mobility impairment.
