Recipe Rehab airs Saturdays on ABC stations, and began as a series on Everyday Health's YouTube original channel.

Currently airing on ABC stations nationwide, each episode of Recipe Rehab features a rotating cast of celebrity chefs and each week two go head-to-head in a competition to transform a calorie-laden dish, submitted by viewers, into a guilt-free version. Celebrity chefs such as Spike Mendelsohn, Govind Armstrong and Candice Kumai, among others, each create their rehabbed interpretation of the dish, slashing fat, sodium and calories in the process.
