Everyday Health Names Miki Kapoor as President of Healthcare Solutions

(NYSE: EVDY), a leading digital health and wellness company, today announced the appointment of Miki Kapoor as President of Healthcare Solutions.  In this newly created role, Mr. Kapoor will be responsible for executing Everyday Health's growth strategy across the broader healthcare landscape and generating meaningful revenue from new customers channels.

As payors, providers, employers and risk-bearing entities in the healthcare ecosystem focus more directly on engaging and influencing consumers, Everyday Health's existing assets – a large highly-engaged audience, premium content and tools, and advanced data and analytics capabilities - are increasingly valuable for these constituents in achieving their key business objectives. Mr. Kapoor will guide Everyday Health in addressing this large market opportunity and assisting these new customer sets to more effectively execute on their growth strategies in a quickly evolving healthcare landscape by reaching and engaging consumers.

An accomplished healthcare executive who has held senior operations, strategy, finance and policy positions at premier institutions, Mr. Kapoor joins Everyday Health from IMS Health, where he served as Head of the Global Payor/Provider Division as well as Global Head of IMS's Strategy and Innovation Division. He has served as a healthcare investment banker at Cowen & Company, the Global Head of Health Systems and Health Finance for President Clinton's foundation and Head of North America and Senior Expert for McKinsey & Company's Advanced Healthcare Analytics unit, which provides healthcare analytic, advisory and data services to providers, health systems, payors and managed care organizations.
