New research director, supporting team members bring specialized experience to further strengthen healthcare marketing research firm's unique services

Ian Fureman joins as Director, Research; Leigh McCullough as Associate Methodologist; and Shannon Sesa as Field Coordinator.
Fureman brings to Evolution more than 14 years of experience in qualitative market research, primarily with clients from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. His comprehensive responsibilities as part of more than 250 qualitative market research projects have included proposal development, project management, moderation, analysis, and reporting. He has significant expertise discussing complicated therapeutic areas with physician specialty groups.

Most recently a principal at Integrated Marketing Associates, Fureman's career includes work within academic and non-profit settings, where he managed qualitative and quantitative research, produced ethnographic and educational videotapes, and conducted interviewer training programs. Earlier in his career, Fureman supported research and training initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania Psychiatry Department. He received his B.S. from Millersville University, and his M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Annenberg School for Communication.
A researcher and statistical analyst with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, McCullough most recently served as a biostatistician at ICON Clinical Research, where she provided statistical support for clinical studies, including statistical analyses, data interpretation, and results reporting. Her relevant skills include the coordination of statistical programmers, preparation of high-quality analyses for clinical trials, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. McCullough earned her B.S. from Miami University, and her M.S. from Wright State University.

As Field Coordinator, Sesa leverages her strong skills related to pharmaceutical research and project management, gained through responsibilities including the coordination of large-scale research between physicians and consumers; management of vendors and participants involved in projects; and handling of critical day-to-day tasks to ensure successful project completion. Prior to Evolution, Sesa held the role of Field Manager, Pharmaceutical Market Research at Adelphi Research by Design. She received her B.A. from Kutztown University.
