Executive AirShare Announces Launch and Launch Premium Lease Programs
Company Now Offers Total Range of Business Aircraft Users
Seeking High Quality Cost-Effective Alternatives to Full Ownership
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Executive AirShare today introduced two new innovative programs, Launch and Launch Premium, for business jet users seeking cost-effective alternatives to full ownership without compromising on service quality.
Based on a lease structure, Launch offers access to Executive AirShare's fleet of Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft for a period of up to 24 months for a one-time upfront payment of $99,895, which includes the lease payment and management fees.
Launch members have access to the aircraft, flown by Executive AirShare pilots, for up to 25 days or 60 flight hours during the term of the lease, as well as interchange access to Executive AirShare's Beechcraft Super King Air 350 and in some markets, the King Air C90B aircraft. The hourly rates for variable costs, such as fuel and maintenance are billed after each trip is completed and are by far the lowest in the industry. Executive AirShare does not charge a fuel surcharge in any of their programs.
Launch Premium members have access to the Phenom 100 aircraft for up to 36 days with unlimited flight hours, as well as the ability to interchange into the larger Phenom 300 aircraft for up to six days during the term of their lease.
Combined with the company's highly efficient regional fractional aircraft ownership program and its EMBark 32 equity charter program, Executive AirShare now offers a complete range of options for business aviation users seeking the greatest value for their investments while enjoying a level of service that closely replicates that of full ownership.
EMBark 32, a first-of-its-kind equity charter program offers business aviation users the opportunity to earn a 1/32nd share interest in a Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft without committing to the standard five-year fractional aircraft ownership contract. Program members enroll in the EMBark 32 program by placing an $80,500 deposit to gain access to the fleet of Phenom 100 aircraft.
After EMBark 32 members have flown 150 hours, they will have earned a 1/32nd share in a specific Phenom 100 aircraft, and have the opportunity to pay for the remaining 1/32nd share to become a fractional shareowner.
"The two things our shareowners and customers value the most are service, quality and low operating costs, and we have created a continuum of programs that deliver at the highest level on cost efficiency and customer experience," said Executive AirShare President and Chief Operating Officer Keith D. Plumb. "Launch, Launch Premium, Em-bark 32 and our fractional and aircraft management programs offer the lowest operating costs in the industry while delivering a level of personalized service that is just like owning your own aircraft."
Plumb adds that because Executive AirShare retains a share in each of the aircraft in its fractional fleet, its Launch, Launch Premium and EMBark 32 programs will not encroach on aircraft availability for fractional shareowners.
