Global legal outsourcing services provider, Exigent, has acquired specialist technology and legal services provider, mLegal, to add a unique, patented contract lifecycle solution to its delivery capability.

The acquisition provides Exigent with the capability to deliver a complete contract lifecycle solution including contract building and management, using advanced proprietary technology.   This allows increased coverage and efficient delivery of corporate contract compliance while also tackling the core of the litigation problem through ensuring risk is minimized at the very start of the contract lifecycle.

The technology enables businesses to efficiently build contracts and will allow each client to build a highly tailored model that can be supported by services of the Exigent team.
