The accreditation underscores EXL's focus on delivery quality and controls that insurers require for healthcare and workers' compensation utilization reviews and other complex medical management services. In addition to URAC compliance, EXL is a licensed third-party administrator for insurance claims processing, provider network and other membership management functions in all U.S. jurisdictions.
