Éxodo Spirits International Corp. Announces Launch of Its Crowd Funding

WASHINGTON, July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Éxodo Spirits International Corp. ("Éxodo Spirits Co.") today announced the launch of its first Crowd Funding campaign of 1,000,000 shares of its common stock. The purpose of the campaign is to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay applicable marketing and distribution cost for market expansion in select states. The initial Crowd Funding offering price is set to be $1.00 per share, with a minimum investment of $300.00 the raising of the capital will be conducted through Wefunder Inc. Wefunder Inc., is acting as managers of the offering and the representatives of the funding. A registration File No 020-23478, relating to these securities have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and became effective on 07/20/2017.
