Expansion Continues in Florida for Property Management Inc. as Arrico Realty Joins its Real Estate Network

LEHI, Utah, Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Property Management Inc. (PMI) announces that Arrico Realty and Property Management, located in the Tampa Florida area, has joined the PMI real estate network and is changing its name to PMI Arrico Realty & Property Management (PMI Arrico). With the conversion of his business to a PMI franchise, Paul Arrington, principal broker and owner of PMI Arrico, becomes the Regional Mentor for PMI's Florida region. PMI Arrico has two offices in the Tampa area.

When searching for ways to continue growing his successful real estate business, Arrington saw the advantages of having the resources of a national company but wanted to make sure Arrico wouldn't lose the personal service it was known for.  He said, "We brought Arrico into the PMI system so that we could have national support, systems, and marketing while still giving the same great local service to our clients." Arrington continued, "We are a local company, and will remain local, but now with improved services to our clients and tenants." PMI Arrico currently manages over 250 properties and has two offices in the Tampa area, in Brandon and in Lakeland. The Lakeland office is co-owned with Shannon Cornell.

Along with the conversion of his company, Arrington also takes a new position as PMI Regional Mentor for the Florida area.  As a Regional Mentor, Arrington will fill a leadership role and use his expertise and knowledge to teach and coach other area property managers in the PMI network.  

After serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force, Arrington built his career as a real estate agent and broker. In early 2008 he opened Arrico Real Estate and Property Management.  Very active in the real estate community, he has served in various leadership positions for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
