Explain My Benefits Announces New Senior Vice President

OVIEDO, Fla., Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Explain My Benefits, a leader in providing employee benefit enrollment and communication services, today announces the hiring of James Dawson to the newly created position of Senior Vice President. Dawson brings more than 15 years of experience in worksite voluntary benefits sales experience to this role where he will lead business development initiatives and drive new client acquisitions. Dawson will also provide strategic insights to support EMB's expansion of employee benefit administration services that meet the needs of the company's clients.

Prior to Explain My Benefits, Dawson was the Senior Regional Sales Director for Boston Mutual, a national provider of insurance solutions, a position he held for more than two years. Before that, he spent over three years at Lincoln Financial Group as a Senior Sales Consultant, where he contributed greatly to the company's growth and success.

Dawson has officially joined Explain My Benefits as its Senior Vice President on February 1, 2019.
