Exploring "Chinese Style" Development Under Present Transformations 2012 Berlitz Global Leadership Summit convened in Shanghai, the financial and business center of China
SHANGHAI, Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2012 Global Leadership Summit was held at the Radisson Hotel, Shanghai, and was hosted by world-famous cross-culture education organization, Berlitz. The theme of this forum was "Global Leadership Insights Within The Current Chinese Context", and aimed to explore global leadership under current changes and sustainable business growth modes in China.

Mr. Jie Ding from Roland Berger Strategy Consultants offered his professional comments on the international development of Chinese enterprises. During his speech, he pointed out that "the globalization of Chinese organizations has demonstrated a rapid growing trend, so does the proportion of Non-state-owned companies. Merging and acquisition has been chosen as the main globalization strategy by Chinese enterprises. However, globalization is not fully developed in this country, for instance in terms of the lagging in CSR (corporate social responsibility) and local talent cultivation as compared with developed countries. Globalization does not only involve assets and markets, but also represents the soft power and organizational image of businesses."
