F4W Signs Sprint to Strategic Partnership
LAKE MARY, Fla., Jan. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- F4W, Inc. (F4W), a software development company focused on delivering simple, flexible, interoperable and affordable communications solutions, announced today a strategic partnership with Sprint Solutions Inc.
F4W products are designed to provide secure, resilient communications for event response and management. These same solutions have a place in day-to-day communications where cost or lack of infrastructure becomes an issue. This partnership allows Sprint to offer secure VoIP and data network solutions utilizing their wireless devices and networks. For example, simple point-of-sale data solutions can now provide businesses with a voice and data option at costs well below their current telecommunications cost. Moreover, for those businesses who regard the privacy of their communications as paramount, F4W solutions provide the only software-based VoIP encryption technology that requires no additional hardware or adds any burden to the voice quality.
"Bringing Sprint on board provides us an incredible opportunity outside of the government space where we have had tremendous success while at the same time strengthening the product line we currently have. On the other side, this relationship leads to the development of growth-based solutions for Sprint in the government space," said Harry Timmons, president of F4W.
The Sprint relationship allows F4W to bundle cellular data services into F4W's secure, resilient communications kits. F4W already provides the VoIP and satellite options needed, being able to bundle in the Sprint services with a potential for other Sprint voice devices further adds value to F4W's "all inclusive, off the shelf" philosophy for its kits.
