Facebook to Announce Third Quarter 2012 Results

MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) today announced that the company's third quarter 2012 financial results will be released after market close on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

Facebook will host a conference call to discuss the results at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET the same day. The live webcast can be accessed at the Facebook Investor Relations website at investor.fb.com, along with the company's earnings press release, financial tables and slide presentation.
