Family Law Attorneys Schank & Associates Open New Oakland Office
OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The prominent California family law firm of Christian Schank & Associates announced this month the opening of a new office in Oakland, California. This new office adds to a list of offices spanning from San Diego and Los Angeles to Sacramento and San Jose. This new office makes it much more convenient for Schank clients living in the East Bay to come in and meet with their Family Law Attorney. Recent studies have shown that client's satisfaction is positively correlated with frequent in-person contact with one's attorney. This expansion will make more one-on-one meetings possible, thereby paving the way for increased client satisfaction.
The Family Law Practice of Schank & Associates will use this office to serve clients in the following types of cases: Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Civil and Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, Spousal Support, Guardianship, and many more. The attorneys in the new Oakland office are intimately familiar with the rules and procedures utilized in the family law courts in Alameda and the surrounding counties.
Schank & Associates made headlines in 2012 when they were retained to Represent Glen Workman, the Father of child Actress Ariel Winter who stars in the Emmy Award winning Comedy "Modern Family" in a widely publicized Guardianship Case in Los Angeles County, California. Following numerous media filled court appearances, Schank & Associates were able to succeed in securing guardianship over Ariel Workman's finances to her Father Glen Workman, while guardianship over Ariel Winters was granted to her older sister.
This addition of an Oakland California Family Law office constitutes the eighth Shank & Associates office and adds to the already prominent place Schank & Associates holds in the Family Law-focused legal field in California.
