Fantastic Cleaners Fight Library Closures with Random Acts of Kindness

Fantastic Cleaners has joined forces with The Kindness Offensive to help spread some nice clean kindness
Recently, Fantastic Cleaners started a one-year charity cleaning contract with The Kindness Offensive initiative. The charity organization performs many small- and large-scale random kinds of kindness. Its latest project is a free book store and the goal of the initiative is to give away 100,000 books. The bookstore opened last Sunday and is situated in 273 Camden Road N7 0JN Islington, North London.
The project has been set up in response to library closures. The free books are a mixture of brand new books, straight from publishers and PR companies, as well as books that have been diverted from the landfill.
"The whole project gives us hope, and the guys who work for us hope, that there are people out there who want to make a difference," says Rune Sovndahl, Chief Executive Officer of Fantastic Cleaners. "On this kind of skill we can only do what we can, but we should try it and we should be doing this together."
The project will work like a free library where people have no obligation to return the books they choose to take away.
"For the very first time people are going to get books for free from our shop," says Robert Williams, co-founder of The Kindness Offensive. "It is wonderful to find people who have got the heart and soul to want to make the world a better place. And this is genuinely what Fantastic Cleaners want to do, genuinely what they are doing with us."
