Federal Court Orders Clintons To Trial In Email-RICO Case

PALM BEACH, Fla., June 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On May 29, 2015, a Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch and before that Judicial Watch, and a former federal prosecutor of the U.S. Department of Justice, the filing of an Amended Complaint (15-cv-80388 under the Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO")) against Hillary and Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, over their alleged sale of government influence while Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State, illegally in exchange for donations to their foundation and large speaking fees in the millions of dollars. Specifically, the Amended Complaint alleges that two predicate criminal acts, in particular, trigger RICO; namely, Mrs. Clinton's destruction of documents that concern her involvement in dealings with the Islamic Republic of Iran while she was Secretary of State, which Klayman had requested under the Freedom of Information Act. As just one example, it has been disclosed that Mrs. Clinton granted waivers to individuals, businesses and countries to do business with Iran to circumvent the sanctions which Congress and the world powers had put into place. This alleged sale of U.S. government influence and actions is identical to what Mrs. Clinton and her husband did during their presidential administration with China, which scandal became known at the time as "Chinagate" and triggered a congressional investigation in the late 90s, as well as a host of similar predicate acts as alleged in the Amended Complaint.

In addition to filing the Amended complaint, Klayman has asked the court to immediately take custody over Mrs. Clinton's "private" email servers, to recreate the emails which she has admittedly destroyed, which are alleged to contain information about her, her husband Bill's and the Foundation's RICO criminal enterprise, as these emails are alleged to constitute material evidence of these crimes.

The Court's order, which can be found at www.freedomwatchusa.org, suggests that the trial, currently scheduled to last two weeks, may be televised. Klayman will call the Clintons, the defendants, as witnesses at the trial.
