Feeding Your Kids Launches Challenge to Combat Childhood Obesity at Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting

NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Feeding Your Kids is proud to announce its participation in the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting taking place from September 20-23 in New York City, and bringing together Initiative members from around the world to address a variety of global problems through tangible Commitments to Action. In honor of the annual meeting and Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, Feeding Your Kids is challenging families nationwide to take its 42-day program and change the way they feed their families.

Feeding Your Kids is a 42-day internet-based program designed to teach strategies, provide tips and advice that will create better eating habits for children. The program provides parents and caregivers with practical and simple daily communications that engage and inspire users to facilitate incremental changes in the way that families view the process of preparing and eating meals and snacks, which challenges the status quo and pushes them to rethink food choices.  

As part of its commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative, Feeding Your Kids is offered free of charge, and can be used via emails, interactively on the website, daily text messages, and the iPhone app. In honor of Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, Feeding Your Kids will sign up as many families as possible for the 42 Day Challenge.
