Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
PITTSBURGH, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSBI), the parent holding company for Fidelity Bank, PaSB, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (the "Bank"), announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held yesterday, Tuesday, February 9, 2010. At the meeting, Donald J. Huber, Robert F. Kastelic and Oliver D. Keefer were re-elected as directors each for three-year terms expiring in 2013. The stockholders also approved a non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation.
Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company organized under Pennsylvania corporate law that owns and operates Fidelity Bank, as its wholly-owned subsidiary. The Company conducts its business through the Bank from its main office in Pittsburgh and fourteen full-service branch offices located in Allegheny and Butler Counties, Pennsylvania.
