Field Agent Showcases International Capabilities with 2,000 Shopper Global Survey

Field Agent today released the results of a 2,000 shopper global survey conducted in seven different countries. Shoppers were questioned about various grocery checkout/purchase behaviors and attitudes. Worldwide, 50 percent of shoppers said they would be more likely to buy more groceries or make more store visits if retailers would improve the speed, efficiency of the checkout process. Along with the results from its global survey, Field Agent also released a case study demonstrating how companies benefit from international mobile audit and research capabilities. The mobile market research firm currently operates in Australia, Canada, Mexico, Romania, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, with plans to continue expanding to meet their clients' needs.     

The case study, entitled "Take Your Mobile Global," follows a fictional company that relies heavily on impulse purchases at checkout lines. Using Field Agent, they surveyed over 2,000 global shoppers and audited retail locations in seven different countries: the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Romania, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
