These exciting new roasts are expected to raise the bar for vegan and vegetarian options with the addition of new ingredients and flavors.

This November, Field Roast introduces its new evolution of the Celebration Roast with Traditional Bread Stuffing and Porcini Mushroom Gravy. The Smokey Forager's Roast, inspired by the Northwest, is stuffed with foraged chanterelle mushrooms and wild huckleberries – complete with a Pineapple Mustard Glaze.

The long-time favorite Hazelnut Cranberry Roast en Croute is packed with cranberries, apples and crystalized ginger – surrounded by hazelnut-infused grain meat and a savory puff pastry.
