Filmmakers to Get Ground-Breaking Visual Effects Software With HitFilm 2

Filmmakers will soon have powerful new professional-standard tools with FXhome's launch of HitFilm 2 Ultimate, ground-breaking new visual effects software due for release in Q4 2012.
The headline advances of HitFilm 2 are:

HitFilm 2 Ultimate's new 3D capabilities enable filmmakers to import and render 3D models, providing a rapid compositing workflow. As with all of HitFilm 2 Ultimate's effects, the new 3D capabilities are included as standard and do not require any additional plug-ins.
Over 120 advanced effects are included, from a powerful, fully customizable 3D particle simulator complete with deflectors, forces and sophisticated behavior controls to professional green screen removal and colour grading. New procedurally generated effects will be announced closer to release.
The inclusion of mocha HitFilm, developed by Imagineer Systems exclusively for HitFilm 2 Ultimate, provides filmmakers with a high quality solution for professional 3D camera solving.
The new Vegas™ Pro 12 from Sony can import HitFilm 2 Ultimate projects, enabling Vegas users to work with HitFilm projects directly on the Vegas timeline, trimming and editing like any other video file.
