Financial Technology Partners ('FT Partners') Expands Senior Investment Banking Team with the Addition of Larry Furlong as Managing Director and Adam Harrington as Vice President

SAN FRANCISCO, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Technology Partners LP ("FT Partners") is pleased to announce the expansion of its senior Investment Banking team with the recent addition of two senior bankers, Larry Furlong and Adam Harrington, who bring to the firm more than 25 years of combined banking and finance experience, most recently with Goldman Sachs and Banc of America Securities, respectively. Separately, FT Partners announced that Miguel Uria, who has been with the firm for more than 8 years, has been recently promoted to Director; and Tim Wolfe, who joined FT Partners from Goldman Sachs in 2002, has since graduated from Harvard's MBA Program and has been promoted to Vice President.
Larry Furlong joins the FT Partners Investment Banking team as a Managing Director and will be responsible for deal origination and execution in all areas of the business. Mr. Furlong was formerly a senior banker in Goldman Sachs' Financial Institutions Group in New York, London and Los Angeles. He brings over a decade of senior deal-making and operating experience to the firm and further expands its world-class advisory capabilities. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Furlong graduated at the top of his class from the Wharton Business School, where he was named Palmer Scholar. Mr. Harrington earned his MBA from Wake Forest University.
