First American Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend Of 12 Cents Per Share
-DIVIDEND INCREASES BY 50 PERCENT-
SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a leading global provider of title insurance and settlement services for real estate transactions, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per common share, representing a 50 percent increase from the prior level of 8 cents per common share.
The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2012.
