GLEN ALLEN, Va., April 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ – First Capital Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCVA) today announced that the Company has extended the expiration date for its rights offering. The new expiration date is April 30, 2012, from the original expiration date of April 16, 2012. First Capital Bancorp, Inc. has chosen to extend the expiration date because it believes there are shareholders who received rights offering documents later than originally intended.
