SANDUSKY, Ohio, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 11, 2014, the law firm of Harwood Feffer, LLP announced it was investigating potential claims against the board of directors of First Citizens Banc Corp (FCZA) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by First Citizens BancShares, Inc. First Citizens Banc Corp is not a party to the acquisition being investigated by Harwood Feffer, LLP.
