CINCINNATI, Aug. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- First Financial Bancorp (Nasdaq: FFBC) ("First Financial" or the "Company") announced today that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, subordinated notes due 2025 (the "Subordinated Notes") in an underwritten public offering.  The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including potential stock repurchases and capital to support growth.
