CHICAGO, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that it has signed long-term lease agreements for two recently completed developments.
First Industrial leased the 708,000 square-foot First Logistics Center @ I-83 in York, PA to a leading multinational corporation. The lease has a start date of September 15, 2014.
The Company also recently signed a lease for its 43,485 square-foot First Figueroa Logistics Center in the South Bay submarket of Los Angeles. The facility is leased to a regional events company and the start date is June 1, 2014.
