First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale Welcomes Guest Speaker Mary Kay Wagner at the Women's Ministry Annual Spring Luncheon
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale Women's Ministry invites women of all ages to attend an event specifically designed to bring alive the "dreamer" within all of us. The Women's Ministry Annual Spring Luncheon will take place on Friday, May 13, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lauderdale Yacht Club (1725 SE 12th Street, Fort Lauderdale).
"First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale is a place 'where faith comes alive' and this event is a perfect example of that," said Rev. Dr. Russ Ritchel, Jr., Interim Pastor. "Women ministering and supporting each other is an important part of what we do here, and the event chairs, Dee Gallo and Laura Ziegler, have graciously organized the fellowship luncheon to be a fun way for women to come together and be encouraged, both by the Lord's Word and each other."
Attendees should anticipate a delightful afternoon of conversation, fashion, a delicious three-course gourmet meal, and a talk from inspirational guest speaker Mary Kay Wagner as she motivates and energizes guests with her "Ignite the Dreamer Within" message.
The Annual Spring Luncheon is sponsored by Christian Women Connect! Women's Ministry and will feature a book signing with guest speaker, Mary Kay Wagner, a fashion presentation by Hello Gorgeous, and a special raffle with proceeds benefitting Women in Distress and the Women's Ministry Missions. Alternatively, attendees may bring a gift card to benefit Women in Distress.
