ANAHEIM, Calif., Oct. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon, Orange County's premier restaurant and live country music venue begins the fall season with hosting their first wine maker's dinner with the wineries of Pritchard Hill. Six wineries are represented for a first of its kind dinner taking place at THE RANCH Restaurant on Thursday, November 15th. The evening begins with a reception at 6:00pm.
Approaching its one year anniversary, THE RANCH Restaurant chose the fall season to host its first wine dinner. Master sommelier, Michael Jordan and executive chef, Michael Rossi paired and crafted a seasonally inspired seven course menu. Representing Napa Valley's elite Pritchard Hill wineries are Ovid, Continuum, David Arthur, Chappallet, Montagna and the newest addition to the Pritchard Hill neighborhood; Brand. "When our friends from Pritchard Hill approached us with this rare opportunity to be the first to showcase these amazing wineries, chef and I began working immediately," said Jordan. Home to many 100 point Cabernets, the region in Napa Valley boasts some of the biggest names of American wine. "After all partners agreed to come together for this dining event, the next week we saw four of the six wines on the cover of Wine Enthusiast Magazine," said Jordan.
Each course is paired with a 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon wine from each of their wineries (menu attached). Winery owners and wine makers will be present for the evening and dispersed amongst guests at each table made available for conversation. Space is limited for the Pritchard Hill Wine Dinner and the all-inclusive cost is $275.00 per person.
