fliCharge International Ltd. Introduces its USB PowerDisc for iPad and Android Tablets and Other Devices

(fliCharge), which designs, manufactures and markets its patented wire-free conductive charging technology is pleased to announce the introduction of its USB Auto-Detect PowerDisc for charging iPads, tablets, smart phones and a wide variety of other devices.

The fliCharge wire-free technology is both cost effective and safe, and has industry-leading charging efficiencies of over 95%. The technology can simultaneously charge multiple devices on the same charging pad, regardless of their power requirements or position on the pad. In-vehicle charging solutions that utilize fliCharge wire-free conductive technology for smart phones, tablets and other devices are currently available for several vehicles from Chrysler, Toyota and Ford. Office and educational products using the fliCharge technology are also under development.

The Auto-Detect feature of the 2.4 AMP, 5 Volt PowerDisc monitors the USB data specification of the device and automatically provides the correct electrical signature to ensure each device charges to its full capacity.  Customers can conveniently use the power cables that come with their devices.  The USB PowerDisc is ideal for a number of products, including all iPads, iPad Minis and Android tablets, as well as all models of iPhones, iPods, Samsung Galaxy phone models, Android phones, GPS devices, Kindles, Google Glasses and Apple Watches, among many others.
