Florida Blue Reports 23rd Year of Positive Performance

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At Florida Blue's annual policyholders' meeting today, Chris Doerr , executive vice president, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer, reported that 2011 marked the company's 23rd consecutive year of positive performance and increased membership.
