ATLANTA, Feb. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Flycast Partners, INC., an ITSM Software Reseller in the North American ITSM market, today announced that they are acquiring the assets of BAI Systems and Engineering, specializing in HEAT ITSM Software.
The acquisition of BAI Systems and Engineering assets, based in Atlanta, Georgia further increases Flycast Partners, INC.'s share in the North American market. "The addition of BAI Systems and Engineering customer base with Flycast Partners, INC. existing customers will expand our reach throughout the North American market," said Nathan George, President of Flycast Partners, INC.
