SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- FollowAnalytics, the leader in mobile marketing engagement for the world's leading brands, today announced that the company has recently joined forces with both sf.citi and Salesforce Pledge 1% to help foster a culture of giving. Inspired by a successful holiday food drive in 2015, in which the FollowAnalytics team partnered with Apttus and several other global leaders to gather nearly 20,000 canned and packaged food items for the needy, FollowAnalytics has recognized the need to make giving back an integral part of their company culture.

With a goal of integrating social responsibility into the company's core values, the company now allows all employees paid days of volunteer time for both individual and team outings. In addition to being able to make a real impact within the local community, having a Volunteer Time Off policy also helps foster leadership, strengthen team bonds and teaches problem solving skills. Upcoming plans include working in the kitchen at Glide Memorial in San Francisco, more food drives and other activities for their international offices in Paris and Montreal.
