NEW YORK, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL), the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.15 per share, which will be payable on April 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on April 16, 2010.
Foot Locker, Inc. plans to report its fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended January 30, 2010 on Wednesday, March 3, 2010.
