Former Coca-Cola® Executive William Lampe Joins NuZee (d/b/a/ Coffee Blenders®) As Operations Consultant

VISTA, Calif., Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NuZee, Inc. (OTCQB: NUZE) ("NuZee" or "the Company"), a good-for-you company focused on building beverage brands that offer functional and nutritional benefits, announced today that it has engaged beverage industry veteran William ("Bill") Lampe as Operations Consultant.  He brings to NuZee more than 30 years of global experience in the food and beverage industry, including developing coffee, tea, and functional beverage products.   Mr. Lampe spent 27 years with various divisions and joint ventures of The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Lampe will report to Masa Higashida, NuZee's Chief Executive Officer, and Travis Gorney, President and COO of NuZee.

At Coca-Cola, Mr. Lampe served in several technical and operational roles, including managing the Coca-Cola North America Packaging Group, the Minute Maid Capital Project Group, and working in Corporate Packaging Development, Corporate Engineering, Coca-Cola Foods, and Coca-Cola North America Contract Manufacturing.  He was involved in all three joint ventures between The Coca-Cola Company & Nestlé, SA, including Coca-Cola Nestlé Refreshments and both iterations of Beverage Partners Worldwide which focused on ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee and tea products globally, as well as clinical claim functional beverage developments via Nestlé Research.

Mr. Lampe most recently served as Vice President Client Solutions, Food, Beverage & CPGs at Network Packaging Partners, a leading provider of packaging engineering staffing and consulting to the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
